25kW three phase hybrid inverter
SH25-T-V11 is the most powerful model in the SH15/20/25T series and is designed for
larger PV systems, commercial buildings and demanding hybrid solar installations. It is suitable for projects where high output power, battery storage integration and reliable backup functionality are key requirements.
The SH25-T-V11 model delivers
25kW / 25,000W rated AC output power and supports up to 50,000Wp recommended PV input power. With
three independent MPPT trackers and a 2/2/1 PV string configuration, it enables flexible design of larger PV fields with different roof orientations, multiple module groups or more complex system layouts.
The inverter
supports lithium-ion batteries with a voltage range of 100–700V and enables up to
50A charge and discharge current. Sungrow SH25-T-V11 is compatible with
Sungrow SBR and SBH battery systems, making it suitable for hybrid solar systems where battery storage needs to support high daily consumption, increased self-consumption and backup power.
Backup function is included and designed for buildings with higher energy demand. SH25-T-V11 switches to backup mode in less than
10 ms and provides 25,000W / 25,000VA rated backup output in off-grid mode. Peak backup output reaches 36,500W / 36,500VA for 10 seconds, supporting selected loads during grid outages.
The inverter supports 100% unbalanced output in both backup and on-grid mode and includes a built-in 63A bypass for whole-home or whole-building backup system design. This is important for larger three phase systems where loads are not always evenly distributed across phases.
Sungrow SH25-T-V11 includes a
DC switch, SPD DC Type II and SPD AC Type II surge protection, DC reverse polarity protection, battery input reverse polarity protection, AC short-circuit protection, leakage current protection, grid monitoring, PID zero function and precise AFCI support. Its
IP65 and C5-rated enclosure supports reliable indoor and outdoor installation.
The SH25-T-V11 model uses
fan cooling and has a typical noise level of
50 dB(A), supporting stable operation at higher power levels. Communication options include
RS485, WLAN, Ethernet and CAN for system monitoring, battery integration and management through Sungrow platforms.
