Sungrow 15kW three phase hybrid inverter SH15-T-V11 is a high-performance solution for larger residential and smaller commercial PV systems where three phase output, battery storage and full backup capability are required. It is designed for hybrid solar installations that need reliable energy conversion, smart self-consumption management and stable operation during grid outages.

The SH15-T-V11 model delivers 15kW rated AC output power and supports up to 30,000Wp recommended PV input power. With three independent MPPT trackers and a 2/2/1 PV string configuration, it provides strong design flexibility for rooftops with several orientations, larger module fields or more complex PV layouts.

The inverter supports lithium-ion batteries with a voltage range of 100–700V and enables up to 50A charge and discharge current. Sungrow SH15-T-V11 is compatible with Sungrow SBR and SBH battery systems, making it suitable for hybrid solar systems where battery storage needs to support higher daily consumption, energy optimisation and backup power.

Backup function is included and designed for demanding applications. SH15-T-V11 switches to backup mode in less than 10 ms and provides 15,000W / 15,000VA rated backup output in off-grid mode. Peak backup output reaches 25,500W / 25,500VA for 10 seconds, supporting selected loads when the grid is unavailable.

The inverter supports 100% unbalanced output in both backup and on-grid mode and includes a built-in 63A bypass for whole-home backup system design. This is important for installations where available power must be distributed reliably across phases and where backup loads require a stable three phase supply.

Sungrow SH15-T-V11 includes a DC switch, SPD DC Type II and SPD AC Type II surge protection, DC reverse polarity protection, battery input reverse polarity protection, AC short-circuit protection, leakage current protection, grid monitoring, PID zero function and precise AFCI support. The IP65 and C5-rated enclosure enables reliable indoor and outdoor installation.

The SH15-T-V11 model uses natural convection cooling and has a typical noise level of 35 dB(A), which makes it suitable for locations where quiet operation is important. Communication options include RS485, WLAN, Ethernet and CAN for system monitoring, battery integration and management through Sungrow platforms.
