Sungrow 3kW single phase hybrid inverter SH3.0RS-V13 is a compact hybrid solution for smaller residential PV systems where efficient solar energy use, battery storage connection and reliable backup functionality are important. It is suitable for
new installations and retrofit projects where the user wants to increase self-consumption and reduce dependence on the grid.
The SH3.0RS-V13 model delivers
3kW rated AC output power, has
two independent MPPT inputs and supports up to 10,000Wp recommended PV input power. With a 40–560V MPPT operating range and 600V maximum PV input voltage, it allows
flexible design of smaller rooftop solar systems with different PV module layouts.
The inverter
supports lithium-ion batteries with a voltage range of
80–460V. Maximum battery charge and discharge current is
30A / 30A, while maximum charge and discharge power reaches 6600W. This supports fast energy storage, higher self-consumption and more effective use of the battery system in everyday residential operation.
Backup function is included. In off-grid mode, SH3.0RS-V13 provides 3000W / 3000VA rated backup output, with a backup switching time below
10 ms. Peak backup output reaches 8400VA for 10 seconds, supporting selected loads during grid outages.
Sungrow SH3.0RS-V13 offers optional
compatibility with SP600S power optimizers, making it useful for PV systems with partial shading, different roof sections or more demanding module layouts. The inverter also includes PID Zero function, DC switch, DC Type II / AC Type II surge protection, DC reverse polarity protection, AC short-circuit protection and leakage current protection.
For monitoring and system management, the inverter supports
RS485, Ethernet, WLAN and CAN communication.
iSolarCloud monitoring is available via app and web, with real-time data refresh, online system overview and diagnostic functions for easier operation and service support.
The package includes Sungrow S100 single phase meter and WINET-S2 communication device. SH3.0RS-V13 is lightweight, compact and designed for wall-mounting installation. IP65 protection, natural convection cooling and quiet operation make it suitable for different residential environments.
