Sungrow 3.6kW single phase hybrid inverter SH3.6RS-V13 is designed for residential PV systems where a compact single phase hybrid solution needs to provide more output capacity than an entry-level 3kW inverter. It is suitable for smaller and medium-sized home solar installations where battery storage, backup operation and higher self-consumption are important.

The SH3.6RS-V13 model delivers 3.6kW / 3680W rated AC output power, has two independent MPPT inputs and supports up to 10,700Wp recommended PV input power. This gives installers flexibility when designing residential rooftop PV systems where the available roof area, module power and daily consumption need to be balanced carefully.

With a 40–560V MPPT operating range, 600V maximum PV input voltage and two independent PV inputs, the inverter can support different residential module layouts. It is a practical choice for homes where PV modules may be installed on more than one roof section or where shading and orientation need to be considered during system design.

The inverter supports lithium-ion batteries with a voltage range of 80–460V. Maximum battery charge and discharge current is 30A / 30A, while maximum charge and discharge power reaches 6600W. This enables fast energy storage and supports better use of solar energy during the day and evening.

Backup function is included. In off-grid mode, SH3.6RS-V13 provides 3680W / 3680VA rated backup output, with a backup switching time below 10 ms. Peak backup output reaches 8400VA for 10 seconds, supporting selected household loads during grid outages.

Sungrow SH3.6RS-V13 offers optional compatibility with SP600S power optimizers. This is useful for residential PV systems with partial shading, different roof planes or more complex module placement. The inverter also includes PID Zero function, DC switch, DC Type II / AC Type II surge protection, DC reverse polarity protection, AC short-circuit protection and leakage current protection.

For monitoring and system management, the inverter supports RS485, Ethernet, WLAN and CAN communication. iSolarCloud monitoring is available via app and web, with real-time data refresh, online system overview and diagnostic functions for easier operation and service support.

The package includes the Sungrow S100 single phase meter and WINET-S2 communication device. SH3.6RS-V13 is lightweight, compact and designed for wall-mounting installation. IP65 protection, natural convection cooling and quiet operation make it suitable for different residential environments.
