WHES 100kW/233kWh C&I All In One Energy Storage System PC-G1 is an integrated
battery energy storage solution for
commercial and industrial facilities. It is designed for businesses seeking greater control over electricity consumption, peak demand, energy costs and the use of electricity generated by an on-site solar power system.
The system with product code
WH-TIANWU-100-233B combines a
233kWh high-voltage battery system, 100kW PCS, BMS, EMS, high-voltage box, battery liquid cooling and safety equipment within a single floor-standing cabinet. Its factory-integrated design simplifies project planning, transport, installation and commissioning.
PC-G1 is suitable for manufacturing facilities, logistics centres, office buildings, retail sites, cold-storage facilities, agricultural operations and other commercial or industrial users with high or variable electricity demand.
The system provides
100kW rated AC power and
233kWh battery capacity. The 100kW rating indicates how much power the system can exchange, while 233kWh defines the amount of energy available for storage. This
power-to-capacity ratio supports a range of commercial and industrial energy management strategies.
The battery energy storage system can store electricity during periods of lower demand, surplus solar generation or more favourable electricity prices. Stored energy can then be used when site consumption increases, supporting peak shaving, demand management, energy cost optimisation and a higher level of solar self-consumption.
The battery section consists of
five 46.59kWh battery units. It uses CATL LFP, also known as
LiFePO4, battery cells rated at 3.2V and 280Ah. LFP technology is well suited to commercial and industrial applications where safety, thermal stability and dependable daily operation are essential.
The battery system has a rated voltage of 832V and operates within a voltage range of 650–949V. On the AC side, it provides 100kW rated output power, 144A rated output current and a three-phase 3/N/PE connection at 400V. The power factor can be adjusted from -1 to +1.
Liquid cooling is used for the battery section to maintain suitable operating temperatures during charging and discharging. The integrated PCS uses intelligent air cooling. Separate thermal management for the batteries and power conversion section supports stable operation under changing loads and ambient conditions.
The integrated battery management system monitors battery status, voltage, temperature and other essential operating parameters. The energy management system controls energy flows according to the selected operating strategy, site requirements and available energy.
RS485, CAN and Ethernet communication interfaces support connection to site monitoring and energy management systems.
WHES PC-G1 uses a four-level safety concept covering Pack, Rack, PCS and System protection, together with an independent MSD. Standard safety equipment includes smoke and heat detection, audible and visual alarms and an aerosol fire suppression system.
Depending on the selected project configuration, optional safety equipment can include a sprinkler system, flammable gas detector and pressure relief or ventilation panel. Final fire safety requirements must be determined according to the installation site, local regulations and approved project documentation.
The cabinet provides
IP55 ingress protection and
C5 corrosion resistance. It is designed for
floor-standing installation and can operate at ambient temperatures from
-20°C to +55°C. Power derating applies at temperatures above 45°C.
The system measures
1400 × 1350 × 2100 mm and weighs approximately
2.7 tonnes with the batteries installed. Before installation, the project designer must verify foundation load capacity, service clearances, cable routes, grid connection requirements and all applicable fire safety conditions.
WHES PC-G1 is suitable for
peak shaving, demand optimisation, time shifting of energy use, increasing solar self-consumption and advanced energy management in commercial and industrial facilities. The final system design must be based on the site load profile, required power, required storage duration, grid connection conditions and intended operating strategy.
WHES 100kW/233kWh C&I All In One Energy Storage System PC-G1 is available through the Energetik B2B platform for registered users. It is intended for professional installers, electrical designers, EPC companies, system integrators and business partners delivering commercial and industrial energy storage projects across the EU.
