The Sungrow IDC480E is a high-power DC charging system designed as a power cabinet unit for ultra-fast EV charging infrastructure. It operates together with separate dispenser units (CCS), enabling flexible system configuration and simultaneous charging of multiple vehicles.

Built with advanced isolated air-cooling technology, the system ensures high reliability, reduced maintenance, and long service life without the need for liquid cooling inside the power cabinet. With a maximum output of 480 kW, it supports ultra-fast charging and dynamic power distribution across multiple connectors.

The IDC480E supports a wide voltage range of 200–1000 Vdc and can be connected to multiple dispensers, allowing charging of up to 8 electric vehicles at the same time. Its modular design with 30 kW power blocks and intelligent power management (PMLM) improves efficiency and system performance.

With IP65 protection and C5 anti-corrosion rating, the system is suitable for demanding outdoor environments, while efficiency up to 96.5% ensures optimal energy performance for public and commercial charging stations.
