The Sigenergy SigenStack BC M2-0.5C-BST is a high-performance battery controller designed for commercial and industrial energy storage systems. It manages LiFePO4 battery modules with 0.5C charge/discharge rates and integrates a DC-DC boost converter (“BST”) to optimize energy flow between batteries and hybrid inverters. Ideal for large-scale systems, it enables improved solar self-consumption, grid independence, and efficient partial stack management.


Key specifications include a maximum output/input current of 180 A, compatibility with 4–21 battery modules per system, operating voltage range 550–1100 V, and maximum battery charge/discharge current of up to 314 A. The unit supports CAN communication, fits Sigen C&I Hybrid Inverters, weighs 50–60 kg, and measures 770 × 248 × 363 mm.
