The Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy in Official Gazette no. 67/2024 announced the amendment of the public tender for the co-financing of the construction of new devices for the production of electricity from solar energy in public buildings and parking lots for the period 2024 to 2026 (designation: NOO - SE OVE 2024). Due to the increased interest of applicants, an additional 28 million euros in grants have been secured for use in the years 2024, 2025 and 2026.
The subject of the
public tender NOO - SE OVE 2024 published in March 2024 is the allocation of grants for the co-financing of the construction of new solar power plants for self-sufficiency on public buildings, on the associated simple or undemanding facilities located next to the public building, and/or on paved parking areas on the buildings land owned by municipalities and/or the state, which includes the purchase and installation of such devices for self-sufficiency, the total installed power of installed photovoltaic panels per individual application is a minimum of 1 MW, in combination with or without battery storage.
Investors following a public tender are municipalities that apply independently or as a leading partner in a consortium of municipalities or in a consortium consisting of the municipality(s) and one or more indirect budget users.
