Please be advised that iSolarCloud will be temporarily unavailable on April 18th from 00:01 AM to 04:00 AM (CET) due to its migration from AliCloud (Server in Frankfurt) to AWS (Server in Frankfurt).
During this 4-hour maintenance, Sungrow hardware devices will remain fully operational. You are strongly advised to avoid operating their devices through the iSolarCloud web interface and iSolarCloud application. The device data is not expected to be lost during this maintenance.
To ensure uninterrupted access to iSolarCloud (both the web version and the app) after this migration, please check this guidance and update your router’s whitelist if you have previously set one up.
